• We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
• For hygiene and quality reasons, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned, unless there is a defect in the product.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We’ll provide a replacement or full refund for the damaged or defective item, including shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage to help us process your request promptly.

3. Return Process
